Our Refund and Return Policy

At Gems and Glow, we take pride in offering high-quality jewelry and excellent customer service. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

Refunds
We do not offer refunds for most purchases made online or in-store. All sales are final.
Refunds will only be initiated under the following specific circumstances:
  • The desired product(s) are sold out after payment has been made.
  • You received the wrong item and prefer a refund instead of an exchange.
Refunds are processed through the original payment method, and customers will be notified once the refund has been initiated.

Exchanges
We understand that sometimes sizes may not be a perfect fit, especially for rings and bracelets.
Exchanges are available under the following conditions:
  • The item must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.
  • Exchange requests must be made within 2 days of delivery.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Please note that earrings, necklaces, and custom-made items are not eligible for exchange due to hygiene and customization reasons.
